Intelius is part of the PeopleConnect family of background-check sites — which is actually good news: a single suppression request covers several of them at once.

Name and aliases · age · current and past addresses · phone numbers · email addresses · relatives and associates · and, in paid reports, court/criminal and other public records.

The PeopleConnect Suppression Center handles removal for Intelius, TruthFinder, Instant Checkmate, and US Search together. Note: Classmates.com, also part of PeopleConnect, is not covered — handle it separately.
How to opt out (step by step)
- Go to the PeopleConnect Suppression Center: suppression.peopleconnect.us (Intelius also links to it from intelius.com/unsubscribe).
- Enter your email address and submit.
- Open the verification email and click the link to proceed.
- Provide or confirm your name and location so the tool can locate your report(s).
- Complete the identity-confirmation step — a phone/SMS verification is used to finalize.
- Confirm suppression of your listing(s).
Gotchas
- It's "suppression," not deletion. PeopleConnect suppresses your report from name searches, but your info may still surface in some phone/address/email lookups, and the underlying user data isn't necessarily deleted.
- Authorized-agent requests may be refused. PeopleConnect properties often require you to submit the request yourself rather than through a third party — relevant if you use a removal service.
- Classmates.com is separate. Not covered by this suppression request.
- It can reappear under new name variants or addresses — re-check periodically.
