Terms of Service

By using TraceKill, you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is.

Acceptable use: You may only scan your own personal information or information you are legally authorized to search.

No guarantees: We work to accurately detect likely broker listings, file supported opt-out requests, and verify public results when available. We cannot guarantee that every broker will accept, process, or permanently honor a removal request.

Payments and refunds: Current paid prices are shown at checkout. TraceKill does not include a free trial unless one is explicitly shown during checkout. Except where required by law or separately agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable after a digital guide is delivered or removal work has begun; contact us for billing errors or duplicate charges.

Rate limits: Scans may be rate limited, including a default limit of 5 landing-page scan requests per IP address per minute, to prevent abuse.
